About the program

Join us for a 4 or 8-week high performance training camp designed to elevate young athletes' skills through sports-specific plyometric, balance, stability, and strength training. Led by NHL great Devin Setoguchi and two former D1 athletes, our focused and specialized 2-hour sessions, 2 days a week, prepare athletes for a successful season and the next level in their sports journey.

  • The schedule includes introductions, warm-ups, two main training blocks, hydration breaks, and cool-down periods over the course of two hours. Training blocks focus on strength, balance, stability, agility, and sports-specific skills. This structured approach ensures effective use of time, promoting growth and preventing injuries.

  • Participants will enhance their physical fitness, technical skills, and overperformance. The program focuses on boosting strength, agility, coordination, and mental toughness, providing a strong foundation for any sport. Personalized coaching in a supportive environment promotes both individual growth and teamwork.

  • Through our 2 daily training blocks your child will develop strength, balance, and stability through various drills and exercises aimed at improving quickness, agility, and coordination. The program also focuses on injury prevention and building strength and flexibility safely.

  • Training will be conducted at the Next Level facility, F45 Training Foxworthy, and the Willow Glen High School track, offering premium equipment and diverse training environments.

  • We aim to provide a robust training and instills discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. Our goal is to help young athletes achieve their potential and build confidence in their abilities.
